Beautymate Anti-Blemish Repairing Nano Cleanser Review

Afternoon peeps!!!
Since during my previous post, I do suffer from terrible breakouts and I have sensitive skin. And right now my skin has improved a lot. Except when it's the time of the month then I'll have a few pimples popping out or when I sleep late at night (not having enough rest will cause pimples too) but other than that, my skin feels okay.
As stated in my previous post, I used Dr. Renaud Gentle Cleansing foam and it works well for my skin, and I only use it at night. So, what do I use in the morning?

Beautymate Anti-Blemish Repairing Nano Cleanser

Well, this cleanser still works fine for my sensitive skin. The results were satisfying as in, each time when I wake up with tiny little pimples on the both side of my nose, I use this cleanser and together with the Sasatinnie Facial cleansing brush to just massage around that particular area in a circular motion. I won't say that waoh! It's totally gone within a few sec or anything exaggerating, it took me a few hours to notice that the redness around that area fades but it's not totally gone. This cleanser still does its job in controlling blemishes for me but one thing bad about it is that it dries out my skin. Each time after using it, my skin feels very tight and there's one time my skin was flaky after using it. But sometimes my skin reacts differently, it won't dry out sometimes. I find it weird. I've actually asked about my skin problem and that person told me that my skin is sensitive and sensitive skin changes its condition sometimes. Anyways, overall it's still an okay product for my skin. Just have to moisturize my skin well after using it whenever there's a tight feeling.
The texture of the cleanser:
- It's a creamy like texture and when contact with water it'll be foamy.

Overall: I might still repurchase if there's still no other better alternatives. The price for this is still affordable, you can get them at drugstores (Watsons and Guardians). I won't say that this drying out skin condition will also happen to everyone. All of us have different skin types. Mine is the combination of oily/normal, sensitive. So, what may work for me doesn't mean it works for everyone too. All I do is just to review about the products that I have used and whether it works or not for me. And I'm not trying to advertise or anything. Just reviews. I hope this review helps. =)

Have a nice day!

Made pancakes for this morning's breaky!

Please don't judge my pancakes on the looks =( I know it looks a little imbalanced in the colors. But to be honest, it's nice to have a good kick start in the morning and then follow on the rest of the day. Of course I don't only make just one awkward lonely pancake as shown above. Haha! I think roughly I've made 6-7 pancakes this morning. And by the way, I don't use those ready made pack that you could just add milk and be ready to cook it.
Here are the ingredients I used:
- Self-raising flour
- Eggs
- Milk
- Sugar
- Salt (just a pinch)
(so sorry i couldn't provide the measurements, i just roughly measure them. I'll soon update ya)
The directions:
1) Sieve the self-raising flour
2) Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, salt)
3) On the other bowl, separate the egg whites and the yolk
4) Beat the whites till it's fluffy (some recommend till stiff peaks)
5) Pour the milk to the egg yolk mixture and whisk them nicely
6) Mix the milk and egg yolk mixture into the dry ingredients
7) Lastly, pour the egg whites and use folding method to mix everything up
8) Lightly grease your pan with butter and you can start cooking 'em

The reason why i beat the egg whites till fluffy it's because it'll make the pancakes to have a soft texture. And yup, I eat them with nutella. Nicey! =)

Sasatinnie Facial Cleansing Brush Review

Good day everyone!
I'm going to do a short review about the Sasatinnie Facial Cleansing Brush.

This little brush is made of silicone. You can get them at any Sasa outlet store and also at Sasa.com. I got mine at my nearest sasa outlet. I came across this through Bubzbeauty's video. After watching her video and also reading some other reviews about it, there's a lot of positive reviews about this little brush. Well since Clarisonic mia is super duper expensive here in Malaysia, I thought, maybe i should give this a try if it's the better alternative than the clarisonic and plus, it's inexpensive! And there, i gave it a go. This brush helps by gently exfoliating your skin. You don't have to put pressure as you start applying it on your skin.

Review:
It really works for my skin. I used it A.M and P.M. First, I'll apply my facial cleanser on my skin and as the normal routine i will use my hands to massage the cleanser all over my face. And then, I'll use the little brush to further massage my skin in circular motion. I usually will focus more on my T-zone and my cheek. Each time after using it, woah, my skin feels so soft and smooth. It really does its job in exfoliating. Of course, for the blackheads, I won't say that it'll really extract the whole thing off, all the scrub did was only to remove the surface of the blackheads on my skin. But overall, the Sasatinnie Facial Cleansing Brush does the job in keeping my skin smooth and clean.

Dr. Renaud Derma PureGentle Cleansing Foam Review

Here's my first post about reviews. =)

How should I put it? Hmmm... During my high school year, around 15-17 years old, I never had any problem with my skin. Even when we take our own passport sized picture, my skin was superb and flawless. Until when I turned 18, gosh that was the most terrible year I've ever had in my life! My face broke out so terribly, when i took pictures even from afar, I could see terrible blemishes and bumps on my face. I couldn't even look at the mirror for long because I feel so terrible each time when I look at my skin.
During those days I would of course, like any of us do, find solutions for my skin. I have tried products from the economical ones to the high end ones, none of them worked for me.
Until one day, my uni days, I tried looking at beauty videos such as Bubzbeauty, Michelle Phan and BeautyQQ's video about home remedies how to cure acne, scares, and etc.
Well, since all that was new to me and it's so much cheaper, I thought of giving it a go. I made myself homemade facial exfoliators such as the Green Tea Scrub learnt from Bubz. It took quite some time to see the result and yes, it worked well for my skin! During my first year of my university, my skin has improved so much that the texture of my skin was like the skin I once had during my teen. And so, I continued the remedy until one day, I thought of trying Lemon Scrub (found the remedies on the internet) and at first it worked well for my skin but few months later, I noticed tiny little whiteheads appearing on my skin. And my skin started to have blemishes on the both side of my nose. I even noticed that I have terrible blackheads appearing. Gosh, those uneasy feeling came back again.
A month later, I thought of trying to go to a beauty salon and try facial. After them cleansing my skin, yes I do feel refreshed, like, all the dirty things that got stuck inside my skin are being extracted and all.
Most of all, I wanted to switch to a product that could stop all these from happening and guess what???? My bf introduced this cleanser to me and it works miracle for my skin!

Dr. Renaud Laboratoire Gentle Cleansing Foam

This is my second bottle already. This gentle cleansing foam has a cream liked texture, it will be foamy when in contact with water. This cleanser gently removes make up and impurities without damaging your skin. Some product may be too strong or too dry when it comes to cleansing. But this works wonders for my skin. This cleanser contains Meadowfoam Seed Oil. I searched on the website to find out more about the Meadowfoam Seed Oil and its benefits. It's a whole list long of benefits for our skin!

See, the creamy texture of the cleanser.

Well, overall this product works well for my skin, just that it's a little pricey for me.
Pros:
- Gently removes make up and impurities
- Refreshes the skin
- Suitable for my sensitive skin
Cons:
- Pricey
p/s: I won't say that now my skin is totally flawless. It just improves a lot. Except when it's the time of the month, other than that, it's much better than last time =)
Aloha!
